Refunds and Returns

We are confident you are going to love our products! But we understand that sometimes things just quite don't work out. In that instance, you may take advantage of our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

We accept returns in the USA only, and for up to 90 days after delivery for any reason. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs, if any for the return. 

Limit: One product per household.  

In order to submit for a refund, just email us at hello@getreimagine.com with the subject "Refund" and let us know which product you will be returning. Our concierge team will get back to you to approve it (no hassle!).
